Shipping, pick-up, refund and returns policy

How do we ship?

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send your order. We aim to do this within 2 business days! Custom items may take a little longer, but we will always keep you informed. You will, of course, receive an email once the package has been shipped.

If we are on vacation, we will notify you on our website and social media!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for deliveries will be shown on the payment page. If you order multiple items, the shipping cost will remain the same unless otherwise indicated on the product.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If you notice any errors in the address in the confirmation email, please notify us within 12 hours after placing the order by emailing info@dutchrcprints.com.

After 12 hours, the address cannot be changed. Any cancellation and/or change fees after this period will be your responsibility.

Pick-up

You can also pick up your order in Hoofddorp. Select the “pick up” option at checkout, which will save you on shipping costs. After payment, we will arrange an appointment for you to collect your order as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email about this.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without providing any reason. During this 14-day reflection period, you should handle the items and packaging with care. To return an item, you can contact us at info@dutchrcprints.com or use our return form.

Once you receive confirmation from us, you may return the order in its original, undamaged packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice in the box with your bank account number and name. We will refund the total order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product is returned in good condition.

Note: The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exceptions

Custom items cannot be returned, as they cannot be resold.

In our case, this applies to:

• Custom 3D print orders
• Items requiring additional customization

Custom orders like:

• RC kits in special colors
• Personalized lightboxes
• Lithopanes
